Jerry Ramer

I started my professional career in the late 1970's as a High-Pressure Fabricator and Operator for Haliburton Services. In 1981, I created ROC Energy to be a provider fuel in the energy sector. On the crude oil side of business, ROC Energy has been a provider to Sunoco, Exxon Mobile, Kerr McGee and BP, amongst others.

On the fuels side, ROC Energy has been a fuel distribitor of ConocoPhillips, DX, Kerr McGee, Total and Texaco. We provided both refined products and oil to some of Americas largest consumers, including but not limited to, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, Martin Marietta Corporation, U. S. Silica, and countless others.

ROC Energy has been involved in many energy related ventures, both domestic and foreign and continues today. But in 1999, ROC Energy recognized the need of a new energy, WATER! In 1999, ROC Energy ventured into projects with FEMA for disaster relief and water clean up. ROC Energy has been involed with multiple major disaster clean ups including the BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill. After many years of environmental clean up, ROC Energy was endorsed by the UN, WHO, IMF and World Bank on 20 December, 2020.
